In our Kids Kickboxing class ages 6-12, your child will do more than learn to punch and kick. They'll build powerful athleticism and unwavering focus in a fun, high-energy setting. This class channels its energy into learning practical self-defense, building real-world confidence with every drill and combination. It's the perfect foundation for a strong body and a resilient spirit.

This is where tradition builds character. Our Gi Jiu-Jitsu program ages 6-12 teaches children the "gentle art"—how to use leverage and intelligence over pure strength. As they learn grips, positions, and submissions, they develop incredible problem-solving skills, patience, and mental toughness. This class is a journey in discipline, fostering deep respect for coaches and training partners.

Fast, dynamic, and empowering. Kids 6-12 No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu teaches modern grappling for real-world self-defense situations. Without the traditional gi grips, students learn to rely on speed, control, and athletic movement. This class is perfect for building confidence and agility, teaching your child how to think quickly and stay calm under pressure in a safe, structured environment.
