1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Solidarity MMA website, enrolling in classes, filling out lead forms, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Solidarity Mixed Martial Arts LLC (“Solidarity MMA”) offers martial arts instruction in disciplines including but not limited to:
Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi)
Kickboxing and MMA
Private Lessons
Youth Programs (Ages 3+)
3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 3 years old and potty-trained to enroll in classes. Legal guardians must provide consent for all minors. Adults must be physically and legally able to participate.
4. Health and Safety
You acknowledge that martial arts is a physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. By participating, you confirm that you (or your child) are physically fit and cleared by a physician. You agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or health conditions arising from participation.
5. Payment and Membership
Membership fees are due according to the selected plan. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Texas law. Early termination may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your signed membership agreement.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
To cancel your membership, you must submit a written notice at least 30 days in advance. Contracts canceled before the agreed term may incur an early termination fee. Free trial participants are under no obligation but must sign a liability waiver before training.
7. Use of Media
By attending classes or events at Solidarity MMA, you grant us permission to use photographs or video of you or your child for promotional purposes, unless a written request to opt out is submitted in advance.
8. Code of Conduct
All students, parents, and visitors are expected to:
Show respect to instructors, staff, and fellow students
Follow all safety rules and instructions
Refrain from disruptive or aggressive behavior
Solidarity MMA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solidarity MMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services or use of our website.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Contact details and personal information collected through our website or CRM (Go High Level) are used only for communication and internal marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in Dallas County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
Solidarity MMA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
