THE LITTLES GI JIU-JITSU
(Ages 3-5)
This program introduces children ages 3–5 to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through fun, playful Gi-based training. The uniform becomes a learning tool, helping kids develop safe grips, balance, coordination, and body awareness. Through creative games and structured drills, Littles learn to pull, push, hold, and stabilize using the Gi—building fine motor control and traditional BJJ skills.
THE LITTLES KICKBOXING
(Ages 3-5)
Our Kickboxing program for ages 3–5 helps children build strength, confidence, and coordination in a fun, nurturing environment. Through playful striking games and simple drills, kids learn balance, focus, and basic kickboxing skills like stance, guard, footwork, and controlled punches and kicks—while developing listening skills and self-confidence.
