THE LITTLES NOGI JIU-JITSU
(Ages 3-5)
This program is the perfect introduction to martial arts for children ages 3 and up, designed to channel their endless energy into meaningful skill-building. Through fun, game-based No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu drills, your child will develop coordination, balance, and body awareness in a safe and playful environment. Just as importantly, they’ll practice following directions, focusing on tasks, and working respectfully with their teammates. Our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu for 3-5-year-olds builds a strong foundation of confidence and discipline right as they prepare for the next stage of learning and growth.
THE LITTLES GI JIU-JITSU
(Ages 3-5)
This program introduces children ages 3–5 to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through fun, playful training in the traditional Gi. The uniform becomes an important learning tool, teaching kids how to use safe, controlled grips while improving their balance, coordination, and overall body awareness. Through creative games and structured Gi-based drills, Littles learn how to pull, push, hold, and stabilize using the Gi—skills that are unique to traditional BJJ and help develop fine motor control.
THE LITTLES KICKBOXING
(Ages 3-5)
Our Kickboxing program for 3–5-year-olds is built to help little ones grow stronger, more confident, and more coordinated in a fun and nurturing environment. Through playful striking games, simple movement drills, and age-appropriate exercises, students learn balance, focus, and how to use their bodies safely.
We introduce basic kickboxing concepts—like stance, guard, footwork, and controlled punches and kicks—through activities designed to keep them engaged and smiling. Every class reinforces listening skills, following directions, and working together, helping young children build self-control and confidence.
