ADULTS NOGI JIU-JITSU
(AGES 13+)
This class adapts the proven principles of Jiu-Jitsu to a faster-paced, submission-focused style without the traditional Gi. Our adult No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program sharpens your instincts and agility, focusing on wrestling-based takedowns and modern grappling techniques. It's an incredible workout and an essential skill for anyone interested in self-defense or MMA.
ADULTS GI JIU-JITSU
(AGES 13+)
In our Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults, you will learn the art of leverage and control wearing the traditional kimono. This foundational program is perfect for building a deep technical understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including grips, sweeps, submissions, and positional dominance. More than a martial art, it's a journey in discipline, problem-solving, and mental fortitude.
ADULTS OPEN MAT
(AGES 18+)
We offer Adults Members Open Mat every Monday through Thursday from 8:00–8:30 p.m. for all current students who want to get in a few extra rounds after class. On Sundays, we host a weekly Adults Open Mat from 1:30–3:00 p.m. that is completely free and open to the public. No membership required—all affiliations are welcome.
